1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the InfraCordeX Software Solutions website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

InfraCordeX provides software engineering services including custom software development, web and mobile application development, AI/ML solutions, cloud infrastructure, UI/UX design, and staff augmentation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms are defined in individual project contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project contract, clients retain full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables produced during the engagement. InfraCordeX retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary components in future projects.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts. Standard terms include milestone-based payments for project engagements and monthly billing for dedicated teams and staff augmentation. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the contract.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical architectures, source code, and customer data. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

InfraCordeX's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client receives all completed deliverables and source code produced up to the termination date. Payment is due for all work completed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal resolution.
